ABC Supply

Beta: ABC Supply is available to selected organizations. Contact Cloudflow support to request access.

The ABC Supply integration connects your company's ABC account to Cloudflow so you can match materials to ABC products, see branch pricing and availability, and prepare material orders from a service.

Connect ABC Supply

1. Open Integrations and choose ABC Supply.
2. Select Connect ABC Supply and sign in with your myABCSupply account when prompted. This is a one-time, company-level connection, so everyone in your organization uses it according to their Cloudflow permissions.
3. Complete the supplier setup that follows: confirm your Ship-To account, enable the Branch locations you want to order from and mark one as primary, and confirm a delivery contact for each enabled branch. If a contact cannot be loaded you can enter it manually.

Setup is not finished until at least one branch is selected, a primary branch is chosen, and each branch has a contact. If setup is incomplete, ordering from a service will prompt you to open Integrations to finish.

Match and Price Materials

In Materials (in the sidebar) you can add ABC products to your catalog, map existing materials to ABC products, and use Refresh pricing to retrieve current account- and branch-specific prices. Pricing is refreshed on demand; it is not updated automatically in the background yet. An item with no price shows that branch pricing has not been set up for it yet.

Order Materials from a Service

Open a service and go to the Materials tab to build an order from the job's material lines.

1. If more than one supplier is connected, choose which one this service uses.
2. Use Match supplier products to link each material to an ABC product and save the match as a default.
3. Confirm the supplier defaults: Ship-To account, Branch, and Purchase Order.
4. Choose Delivery or Customer pickup, the requested date or window, and any jobsite notes (for example roof drop placement or gate codes).
5. Use Check availability and pricing, review warnings, and fix any items marked Needs match.
6. Review the Final order review and select Submit order.

Order progress is shown as Draft, Submitted, Confirmed, Delivery, Delivered, and Invoice.

Limits and Tips

• ABC enforces limits on the number of order lines, purchase order length, and delivery instruction length. Cloudflow warns you before you submit.
• Check availability before pricing. Items that are unavailable at the selected branch are flagged.
• Material ordering and delivery tracking are still in beta, and broader tracking and invoice updates are planned.
