Navigate Cloudflow

Cloudflow is organized around the same operational groups shown in the app sidebar.

Workspace

  • Operations: Services, SLA dashboard, dispatch, time off, timesheets, and markets.
  • Sales: Sales map, analytics, and quotes.
  • People: Customers, technicians, and crews.
  • Materials: Material catalog and supplier-driven ordering workflows.

Business

  • Finance: Charges, charge categories, deductions, invoices, and commissions.
  • Tools: Storage, import/export, automations, and reports.
  • Integrations: Provider connections for storage, measurement, suppliers, claims, and other systems.

Settings and Account

Use Settings for organization-wide configuration such as API access, roles, notifications, statuses, service types, SLA targets, email domains, support access, and instant estimate options.

Use Account for your profile, billing membership, and bank account setup where enabled.

Technician Access

Technician users see a narrower workspace focused on their assigned work, notifications, invoices where applicable, commissions where applicable, sales access where enabled, and timesheets.
