Customers organize the people, companies, properties, and billing relationships behind your services.

Customer Profiles

Customer records include name, email, phone, number, address fields, parent customer relationships, Stripe customer IDs where payments are enabled, and optional coordinates for location-aware workflows.

Parent and Child Customers

Use parent customers when one account manages multiple child locations or properties. Billing can be direct, bulk billed, billed to a parent, or disabled depending on the account relationship.

Customer Activity

Customer detail pages can show related services, files, payment methods, billing behavior, charge categories, activity, and analytics.

External API Notes

The public API supports listing customers with filters, creating customers, fetching a customer by ID, and patching selected customer fields.
