Markets

Markets define where work can be served. A market may use distance, drive time, custom boundaries, and assigned technicians to determine fit and availability.

Technician Capacity

Technicians can have capacity, schedules, location data, active/inactive state, and market associations. Cloudflow uses those inputs to support routing and availability decisions.

Market Availability API

The public market-availability endpoint accepts an address and date, geocodes the address, identifies the best market, and returns available time slots when configured.

Good Setup Habits

• Keep technician addresses and schedules current.
• Define market boundaries before relying on online scheduling or estimate flows.
• Review warnings when an address is outside, or near the edge of, a service area.
