Cloudflow tracks subscription plan, status, billing interval, active add-ons, seat allowances, and plan entitlements.

Business Plan Features

The app currently gates API key generation to the Business plan. Other capabilities may depend on subscription entitlements or organization capabilities.

Seats

Seat settings can include included seats, allowed seats, max seats, current active membership count, and free-seat exceptions.

Customer Billing

Customer records can support direct billing, parent billing, bulk billing, or disabled billing depending on the customer relationship.
