July to October 2026

A summary of what has shipped in Cloudflow Web since the July 10 release. Features marked beta are available to selected organizations.

Sales and Estimating

  • Added a Leads workspace under Sales that combines sales pins and instant-estimate requests in one table, with a territory map and sales charts. Add leads from the map or with New lead, and convert a lead directly to a service.
  • Added Proposals (beta): build multi-page proposals with Good, Better and Best packages, import quantities from Hover or EagleView measurements, send them to customers, and collect electronic signatures.
  • Added ABC Supply (beta): connect your account, choose Ship-To locations and branches, refresh branch-specific pricing, and order materials from a service's Materials tab.
  • Improved the Materials page with a new toolbar and filters, more reliable supplier connections, and measurement coverage on catalog items.

Services, Scheduling and Dispatch

  • Added a Tasks page with search, due date, assignee and source filters, and bulk completion. Define automated tasks under Settings > Tasks.
  • Added service labels, managed under Settings > Labels, which can be shown on the Dispatch map and used by automations.
  • Customers can book their own appointment from a scheduling link you create on a service or send by email or text.
  • Added the Flagged scheduling conflicts report, which shows overbooked time slots by market and lets you dismiss conflicts or export them.
  • Expanded Dispatch scheduling rules with SLA limits, same-day control, capacity basis, recommendation goals and search-ahead.
  • Markets can now auto-assign the best-fit technician, optionally allowing over-capacity assignment.
  • Improved the services board workflow, quick create, activity history and recurring service handling.
  • Added support for a custom slot length in the Market Availability API.

Automations and Messaging

  • Automations are now sequential workflows with filters, fixed-length waits and Yes/No branches. They stay as drafts until you publish.
  • Added Execution history with run details, retry from the failed step, and cancel. Older rules can be upgraded or combined into one workflow.
  • Added automated notes, which ask the person making a change a few questions and write a consistent note to the service.
  • Automations can send text messages with merge fields and a live segment and cost estimate.
  • Automations can order EagleView reports and send Hover capture requests, and can start when a measurement order changes status.
  • Settings > Alerts now emails you about integration problems, automation failures and email delivery failures.
  • Added Jarvis, an in-app assistant that answers questions about your services, customers, technicians, schedules and notes.

Integrations

  • Added EagleView: order measurement reports from a service with a price preview, status updates, and reports delivered to the job's files. Hover and EagleView orders can run on the same service.
  • Added a QuickBooks Online integration with guided setup that sends customers, charges and invoices to QuickBooks.
  • Updated XactAnalysis with dataset routing, one document per assignment, email-based customer matching and confirmed QA and Client approved status updates.
  • Added Alacrity settings for auto-acknowledge, auto customer-contacted and trade mapping.

Files, Invoices and Reports

  • Uploads continue and recover in the background, and file categories and file naming rules keep names consistent.
  • Reconcile invoices in bulk from a CSV or Excel file, and choose the service status applied after payment.
  • Added split invoices by charge with correct commissions, an invoice watermark with custom wording, and an Invoice Charge Summary column for reports.
  • Deleting an invoice now resets the invoice status shown on the service.

Roles and Permissions

  • The Roles and permissions page now covers note type, status change, correction, task and mobile app permissions.
