Import tools help bring existing operational data into Cloudflow.

Common Import Targets

Use import workflows for customers, services, files, and related operational data when available in your workspace.

Before Importing

• Configure statuses and service types first.
• Confirm customer parent/child relationships.
• Clean addresses, phone numbers, and email fields.
• Decide how imported records should map to markets, technicians, and billing.

While an Import Runs

Imports run in the background, so you can keep working in Cloudflow while the data is processed. You are notified when the import finishes or if it fails.

After Importing

Review import results before training users on the new workspace. Spot-check customer records, service history, addresses, statuses, and files.
