Common Import Targets

Use import workflows for customers, services, files, and related operational data when available in your workspace.

Before Importing

• Configure statuses and service types first.
• Confirm customer parent/child relationships.
• Clean addresses, phone numbers, and email fields.
• Decide how imported records should map to markets, technicians, and billing.

After Importing

Review import results before training users on the new workspace. Spot-check customer records, service history, addresses, statuses, and files.
