Files, Storage, and Sharing

Cloudflow files can be attached to services, customers, and related workflows.

Storage Providers

Cloudflow supports a multi-provider storage model. Files may live in Cloudflow-managed storage or a connected provider such as Dropbox depending on organization settings.

File Sharing

File share links can provide access to selected files without exposing the whole workspace. Shared links can also support zip downloads where enabled.

File Hygiene

• Use meaningful file names.
• Attach files to the correct service or customer.
• Review public/shared links regularly.
• Configure offload automations only after storage provider setup is stable.
