Jarvis AI Assistant
Jarvis is the AI assistant built into Cloudflow. Ask it questions in plain language and it looks up your organization's data and answers.
Opening Jarvis
- Choose Jarvis in the sidebar to open the full page, with a list of your past conversations.
- Use Ask Jarvis to open a smaller assistant window on any page. Use Open full Jarvis in that window to move the conversation to the full page.
- Start fresh any time with Start a new chat. Search or reopen earlier conversations from the conversation list, and delete chats you no longer need.
What Jarvis can do
- Search and look up services, customers (including parent customers and their child accounts), technicians, markets and people in your organization.
- Show what is scheduled for a date or range, and filter services by status, service type or market.
- Give counts and statistics, such as how many services came in today or a breakdown by status.
- Find customers who have never had a service.
- Calculate a technician's drive distance and time for a day.
- Search service notes and activity by keyword, type or date.
- Search the public web for current information like weather, regulations or supplier news. Private customer details are not included in web searches.
- Explain how to do things in Cloudflow.
- Link the services, customers and technicians it mentions so you can open them.
- Offer choices to pick from when a question is ambiguous, and suggest follow-up questions. Choosing one only fills in your message; you still send it.
Jarvis does not create or change services, customers or invoices.
Sending internal messages
Jarvis can send a message to teammates or technicians through Cloudflow's internal chat, but only when you directly ask it to and give the exact text and recipients. It will not send drafts or suggestions, and it asks you to confirm if the message or recipients are unclear. Messages come from you.
Runs continue in the background
Each answer is processed as a background job, so closing the window or losing your connection does not lose the response. Come back to the conversation to see the result. Use Stop Jarvis response to cancel one in progress.
Usage
Jarvis use is metered per organization against a monthly AI allowance tied to your plan. Usage by feature and by person (with downloadable CSVs) is shown on the membership page under Account. If your organization reaches its allowance, Jarvis may pause until the next period.
Permissions and privacy
- Jarvis only reads data from the organization you are working in.
- It respects your permissions. For example, you only see service notes you are allowed to read.
- Conversations are tied to your account.
- Verify important numbers against the records. Jarvis can make mistakes, and its answers link to the underlying records so you can check.
