EagleView and Hover Measurements

EagleView and Hover both let you order property measurements from a service and keep the results with the job. You can connect one or both.

Before You Start

• Connect EagleView or Hover from Integrations. Until a provider is connected, the order card on a service shows an Open Integrations button instead of an order button.
• Ordering happens on the service itself, so the address, customer, and files stay together.

Ordering From a Service

Open a service and find the Order measurements card. Choose a provider:

• Order with Hover starts a Hover order for the service.
• Order with EagleView opens a short order window with three steps: property address, report options, and review.

For EagleView you choose the primary report, a delivery option, a measurement instruction, and any optional add-ons. You can add a promo code and order instructions such as access notes. Click Get price to see the EagleView price range, then Place EagleView order to confirm. Cloudflow shows whether the order was confirmed, is still pending confirmation, or was rejected, with the reason.

Running Hover and EagleView Together

A Hover order and an EagleView order can be active on the same service at the same time. Each provider only blocks a new order from the same provider. While an EagleView order is in progress the button reads "EagleView order in progress", and the same applies to Hover.

Status and Report Delivery

• EagleView reports through status updates as the order progresses, so you do not need to refresh or re-check it. When the order completes, the delivered report files are attached to the service. You can cancel an in-progress EagleView order from the order row.
• Hover reports are imported once Hover completes the job. Imported files are named using your File naming rules for their category.
• A failed Hover measurement raises an "Action required" notice with the reason. Use View correction to review it or Order replacement to try again.

Measurement Data on the Service

Each order appears as a row in the measurements section with the provider logo, status, dates, and a Delivered files list that links to the files in the Files section. Measurement data from both providers is grouped the same way, and the raw measurements are available when you expand the order. EagleView report files can include PDFs and data files, and all delivered files are kept.

EagleView report files are stored privately. They open through the app for people who have access to the service, using a short-lived link, and are not available through public links.

Badges and Filters

Services with a Hover or EagleView order show a provider badge with the order status on the services list, board, search results, and dispatch. On the Services page, use the Integrations filter to find services that have a Hover or EagleView order.

Proposals

When building a proposal, use Import service measurements to review how Hover or EagleView measurements map to proposal quantities, then Apply quantities. Measurements that are missing or need a unit conversion are labeled so you can fix them before applying.

Ordering From Automations

Automation workflows have two measurement actions:

• Order EagleView report places a paid EagleView order automatically. You set a maximum charge. If the live price is higher, the step fails and nothing is ordered.
• Request Hover capture emails and texts a Hover capture link to a recipient you choose, such as the service contact with a given role. Hover allows only one request per service while an order is active.
